When I work with people in relationships, I work through an attachment lens. Attachment theory is an understanding that as humans we have deep seated patterns around bonding formed early in life, that we bring into our current adult relationships. These are the root causes of many of the patterns that cause us conflict and hurt feelings.

In this work, we will use the tools of mindfulness, self inquiry, and slowing down, in order to find the underlying reasons for your strife. Together we will figure out the ‘systems’ in your relationship, and collaborate on new paths forward. I am a student of EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), which works in the moment, in the room, to help us uncover these bonding dilemmas.
